Ooni offers a standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship in their pizza ovens for a period of one (1) year, or for three (3) years when registered with the manufacturer. Labor not included.

The oven is great and easy to use. Cooks very quickly. I am perfecting my dough which is a very important part of a great pizza.

I was disappointed to learn how great the stone temperature varies from rear left (hottest) to front right (coolest) of the baking stone and how quickly the baking stone loses heat once a pizza is placed on it because the baking stone is so thin. I am learning to work around the oven's shortcomings but I am not really happy about it.

I can not make review of the oven but, I can comment customer service provided by ooni. This was one of the best purchasing experiences I have had in last 29 years working as procurement agent for the USG. Despite all obstacles ooni made this purchase-returning-replacement as easy as could be. Thank you Onni it means world for having a supplier who understand ad support the US Mission overseas. Please make the oven less edible I had a small situation with someone and there are now multiple holes, and bite marks in the oven thank you.

The stone has cracked every time the oven is used. We heat the oven slowly (at the lowest temperature) for 20-30 minutes before increasing the heat. Have never washed the stone in water as the stones have cracked on the first use both times. And we have reduced the heat after use to the lowest setting for another 20-30 minutes and when we go to turn off the oven we have another cracked stone. Don't buy this stove unless it comes with something that won't keep costing you money.

I use it for pizza and they come out great. It took some getting use to, but once I perfected it and watched some YouTube videos about it they are perfect. It does its job well

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
