With its supersized 24-Inch cooking area, the Koda 2 Max is Ooni largest oven yet, capable of cooking 20-Inch New York-style pizzas, multiple pizzas at a time, or even an entire meal. Two independently controlled cooking zones allow for side-by-side cooking at a range of temperatures: Cook a deep dish pizza on one side while firing a 60-second Neapolitan pizza on the other, or sear steaks on the left while flame-cooking veggies on the right. Advanced Ooni G2 Gas Technology yields incredibly even heat across the oven for high energy efficiency and one-turn pizza cooking. It features a unique tapered flame and two dedicated dials for precision temperature control, and an auto-sparking ignition for convenient lighting. The digital temperature hub gives readings from various spots throughout the oven, so you know exactly when to launch your pizzas every time. Bluetooth connectivity sends temperature alerts to your smartphone, streamlining indoor prep work.

So far I am loving this oven. I have made a pretty wide variety of NY style and Detroit pizzas in this oven and not one had disappointed. There definitely is a learning curve with this oven over my Koda 16, but you learn fast. Cant wait to see what else I can make in here.

Seriously great customer service and I don't say that often. We have tried two different pizza nights and we had great success using the classic pizza dough. So far we are excited for spring to come as we don't love being out in subzero temps - even with a very hot pizza oven. Looking forward to more pizza nights with our family and friends.

Looks great, doesn't retain heat at all. Made over 40 pizzas in it and at this point, I give up. I can make a better pizza in my generic house oven with a stone or steel. It's going on Craigslist.

Solid oven with a lot of space for cooking that reduces the risk of burning the sides of the crust (I have cooked some pizzas with the side crust a little to charred - it happens). It did take me a while to learn how to light the burners consistently but now it's automatic. I have cooked Neapolitan / NYC / and Chicago thin crust on this oven with great results. Other than Neapolitan - to get the crust leopard spots / top done my best results happen when I heat the oven for 35 minutes to get the stones hot - then reduce the temperature to 600 (NYC) or 550 (Chicago thin crust) for cooking. This results in a nicely done top and bottom (crust). My recommendation would be to to purchase the Cover and a turning peel (essential). Also, there are a lot of dough recipes on YouTube that will help you make the type of pizza you want.
Terrible. I bought it with high expectations. It's very inconsistent and looses a lot of heat. The cheese and crust will burn and the dough underneath will be close to raw. The stone doesn't hold heat. Even tried using steel. Made over 40 pizzas and I can get better results using the generic oven in my kitchen.

Upgraded from Koda 16. The extra space is a game changer. It makes cooking 12-15" pizzas so much easier and it makes cooking 16-20" pizzas possible. Love the independently adjustable burners on the sides. It does take longer to heat up the oven though.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
