The Magma ChefsMate Marine gas grill was built for the open water. This grill is constructed with 304, 18-8 mirror-polished stainless steel with marine grade qualities that adds superior corrosion resistance and is less prone to rust. Featuring easy-to-clean sectional grill grates measuring 9x18 inches, locking front access grease tray, and a full-length stainless steel handle, the ease and simplicity of this grill speaks for itself. The snap-out radiant plate allows you to achieve high temperatures and superior heat distribution for grilling up your favorite meals under those sunny skies. Purchase a single or double mount (sold separately) and you, too, can rev up the grill over the open water!
The regulator uses a standard 1 pound propane canister (not included).

This product lasts forever!We have an older version of this portable BBQ on our sailboat and purchased a second one to use with our camper trailer. Our trailer is fitted with a propane outlet so we also purchased a remote valve assembly and avoid disposable bottles. The BBQ attaches to a sturdy tripod that is easily leveled. It also has short folding legs allowing usage on a picnic table. The grill is hot and fast and cooks up a rapid dinner. Stay close by. Great for corn, burgers, steaks, chicken, taters, and fish. We carry a small vegie basket too. Like the grease management tray and the locking cover. The only thing it could do a little better is to sear a steak without cooking to medium. That's the only reason for the 4 star. OK, we're spoiled with our non-portable Lion grill with the optional searing style burner. | Was This Helpful? |
