The latch design is terrible! I used this basket for the first time today to cook BBQ wings on my Napoleon grill. The basket opened four times, spilling the chicken wings onto the grill. It was a Father's Day gift, and I am extremely disappointed!

Today I used the Napoleon basket for the first time to cook BBQ wings. Unfortunately, the basket opened four (4) times and spilled the wings all over the grill. I eventually gave up and tried to salvage dinner by putting the wings in the oven. The latch design is TERRIBLE!

The first time out, the basket opened and spilled chicken wings all over the place. It hadn't even made one revolution! The basket is well made and sturdy. It's a shame it won't close. My clever husband wired it shut so we can use it but that's a short-term solution.

I have owned this basket for 2 years and have used it numerous times. I almost exclusively use it to cook chicken wings over lump charcoal fire in a Webber grill. This basket just works flawlessly. It is easy to clean compared to non-stainless baskets and it still looks brand new despite numerous pounds of wings. I do soak it overnight in hot water and Dawn before cleaning. One comment said it does not stay closed, but I view that as untrue! Brine your wings and let this puppy do the rest on a rotisserie. I dry rub going in and put sauce on after they come out. I have owned at least 6 different rotisserie baskets for cooking wings and this is the best. You will love this unit, solid, well made and cleans like a breeze.

the only way I could use this was to wire it shut. the device would not close properly. other than that, it works well. I use a clothes hanger to keep it close and keep my food from all coming out.

We have purchased three of them. Have given two away as gifts. They love them as much as we do! They work great for wings, veggies, bread etc. TIP FOR USING spray with non stick spray before use for easier clean up. Dishwasher pots and pans works great too! Enjoy!

Hi. We haven't tested the Napoleon basket with a Pit Boss grill, but as long as you have about 10 inches clearance from the spit rod to the bottom of the grill or the inside of the lid, you should be fine.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
