Works great! Wish it was bigger. It sears the steaks great, but I can only get 3 steaks on it at a time.

I have had this griddle for several years now and works great. I just wish they would have made it larger for the larger grills. Just a little too small. Needs to be bigger for bigger grills. It works great but the group I usually grill for is a larger group and it takes too long when I use this small griddle.

Used twice for making smash burgers and cannot clean it. The instructions state to only use "Nylon or soft abrasive pads/brushes" but that is impossible to get all the burnt remaining food off without damaging the porcelain-enamel surface. I don't understand why it's coated with porcelain-enamel so it has to be cleaned so gently or it's damaged. Why isn't it like other cast iron? I'll be throwing this away since it can't be returned once used and buying a real cast iron skillet. Total waste.

I was expecting a seasonable insert. Is says not oil in the instructions. No metal utensils. We tried pancakes and that didn't work so well.

Unit is too heavy for my wife to put on/off and store. Not worth the money. Can see it will be prone to rust. Sent back for refund.

I purchased this thinking it was an insert and not just a topper. So, I had to store it inside the grill cabinet. It rusted so badly, it's now in the trash as I could not revive it.

It wasn't what I expected. It simply sets on top of the current grill. It isn't an insert to replace the grills. I was hoping for more of a Blackstone finish. I could have put a cast iron pan on top and achieved the same result.

Hi, Bob. Yes, as long as the griddle fits on a rack you're ok to use it! The griddle is about 19"x11".

Asked by Bob | Answered by BobHi, Todd. That is kind of correct. To prevent damage to your grill, we would suggest a griddle that leaves at least an inch open on all sides of your existing grates. This will allow air circulation and prevent your grill from overheating.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
