You must agree to all of the following policy terms in order to proceed:

I have read and agree with BBQGuys's policies.

I understand that I am responsible for shipping charges to me and shipping charges back to BBQGuys.com. I understand that even if I was not originally charged for shipping, it did have a cost, and that cost is non-refundable.

I understand that the product(s) I am returning must be in the original packaging, and must arrive to BBQGuys.com in an unused and resalable condition.

I understand that I must have my RMA number clearly displayed on all box labels but I must not write directly on the boxes.

I have read and understand the shipping and packaging guide for package shipments, and I agree to package my shipments in accordance to these guidelines.

I have read and understand the shipping and packaging guide for pallet (freight) shipments (if you are returning items via freight), and I agree to package my shipments in accordance to these guidelines.

I understand that a customer service representative from BBQGuys.com will contact me to further discuss my return request.
