How to Modify/Cancel Order
The best way to make changes to an order after it is placed is to call us, email us or to let us know which items you would like to remove from your order. We can then assist you with placing any new items on a new order. Contacting us via phone right away is the best way to ensure we can modify your order before it has been packaged and shipped. If you do not reach us, please email us at customerservice@bbqguys.com or leave a voicemail so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.
We try to process orders quickly so that you can receive your order in as little time as possible. Our warehouse could begin routing, boxing, and shipping your order within 5-10 minutes of it being placed. Once the item(s) have shipped, we cannot cancel them and must process a return for the item(s), so it is important to contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
