Warranty
Weber Smokey Joe grills are covered by a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship. The bowl and lid are warrantied for ten (10) years. The One-Touch cleaning system and plastic components are warrantied for five (5) years. All other remaining part are warrantied for two (2) years. Labor not included.

I love all of my weber grills, but this one is really nice for when you have a small cook. Perfect for just a couple of steaks and a veg or a few pieces of chix and a potato. I love the size.

It is a good grill but I wish it had the clip that lets you rest the lid on the side of the grill like the full size grills have.

My Dad gave me one just like this one over 25 years ago. It has always been my favorite grill, and I still have it. It has been very faithful, but alas it is getting tired, so a new one was on my list as a replacement.

I keep two grills in my backyard: the original 22" kettle, and this little 14" guy. When I'm grilling for just me and the wife I'll break out the little 14" grill because it heats up faster and uses less charcoal. It's also great for camping or tailgating. Weber makes a high quality product, you can't go wrong with this one!

Haven't used it yet. The lid locked on my old one, this one doesn't have that feature. Wore my old one out...hoping this one lasts too!

Only gave it a 4 because of build quality is great! Just not very versatile of a grill. If I had to do it over again, I would just get the Jumbo Joe, way more versatile and not much bigger than the SJ.

Hi Dawn. We suggest augmenting the charcoal with wood chips or chunks. Weber does not recommend using wood alone.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
