Best grill ever.

Best grill I've ever owned. Used my first least 3 times a week for 7 and a 1/2 years. It survived a 30 foot fall off of my Deck. Do to a cat 5 hurricane. Cleaned it up. Straightened up some sheet metal on the cart and it fired right back up. After 7 and a 1/2 years, the burners were only lighting the front half. The fire guards had worn out. Was going to order new parts? Until I realized I could not get the burners out without damaging the grill. The Cotter pins holding the back of the burners were welded in place after so long. Assembly instructions when you get the box. Are sketchy at the best? And I didn't know that the Cotter pants were only there for shipping and I should have taken them out. I now have a new blaze grill with the cotterpions taken out of the back of the burners I now have a new blaze grill with the Cotter pins taken out of the back of the burners. Should be the last grill I ever buy.

This grill is a level up!

I've cooked on stick burners, charcoal, and propane. I've always wanted a built in natural gas grill and after months of research the 32 inch 4 burner fit my budget and has everything I was looking for and then some. I finally got it installed today but my kitchen isn't finished yet. It's beautiful. I haven't cooked on it yet but I can't wait. It took 4 minutes to get to 450 degrees. At 15 minutes I was at 700 degrees! That's hot! Can't wait to sear some steaks. It's well insulated and appears to be pretty good quality. So far it's on another level compared to my previous lp grill. I anticipate my first cook soon and can't wait.

A lot of Grill for the Price

Finally had a chance to use the grill once the new built-in was finished. What surprised me most, is how effective the grate design is in leaving quality grill marks on the food. The triangle works as advertised. The grill pre-heats quickly with plenty of space for a lot of food if you desire. I did replace 1 burner with the infrared, a requirement for many searing applications and still leaves a large grate area (3 burners) for other grill item. The grill itself is high quality stainless, as are grates, flavor bars, heat shields, double walled lid. I cannot think of another grill that offers so much at this price point and I have used other brands such as DCS, Lion, Coyote at family members house. I can confidently recommend this is a great choice if you are in the market to a well build, designed and functional grill. You will not be disappointed.

With Cart

The grill is great. Love the lights and the quality. You have to learn to slow turn the knobs to get some gas going prior to the ignitor engaging. Especially on the rear infrared burner. The cart is good. Would be great but the casters are so hard to get to you have to get on hands and knees to lock and unlock. I would be truly hating this but I will be moving to mounting the rill head in a rock kitchen when the contractor can get to it.

yes

Great grill and it has a heavy duty grill lid to keep the heat in as I grill even in the winter time. The last time it was only 28 and a little wind and the heat stayed hot. i would buy again.

Question:
BLZ-4LTE2-NG For this grill, I am assuming that I can add a rotisserie kit. Is that correct?

Hi Max. This is the rotisserie kit for the Blaze 4-burner LTE2 and the LTE+: www.bbqguys.com/i/3044106/blaze/rotisserie-kit-for-32-inch-charcoal-4-burner-gas-grills-blz-34-rotis-ss

Question:
Is this grill still functional if its not plugged in? Can I still ignite the burners and perform basic function if it is not plugged in?
Was This Helpful?
Answer:
You can lite the grill manually without the electronic ignition. You can also use and extension cord rated for outdoor use. I learned all of this from reading the online owner's manual and not from my own personal experience. Hope this helps. Bruce

Sorry I have it plugged in.

This question was asked on a different product configuration.

Answer:
No, you'll need to have the grill plugged in for the electric ignition to work. Unless you manually ignite with a lighter or something, then yes it will work but the electronic features (ignition, lights, etc.) won't work without being plugged in. - Matt

Answer:
Hi Joel. Blaze LTE grills only use the electrical connection for the interior lights and the LEDs over the knobs, leaving the entire grill functional if not used.

Is a vented hood necessary when used in a covered breezeway against the wall.
Was This Helpful?
Answer:
Hi Wendy. A vent hood should be used if using this grill underneath a covered area.

Asked by WendyAnswered by Joey, BBQGuys Expert

This question was asked on a different product configuration.

Answer:
We have it installed in a covered lanai at the end with screens behind and to the right of it. It does get smokey - especially silly with beef at high heat. I does think a good will help. I installed a Wall fan which does a good job blowing the smoke out of the lanai.

Not sure if I'm the one who should be answering this. If there is plenty of ventilation, then I would say you don't need a ventilation hood. If your concerned or not sure, then yeah, go ahead an install one. Not sure if I was much help. Good luck.

Question:
Does this Grill require an electrical outlet? If so where is the location, below the countertop?

Answer:
Great question! An electrical outlet is required for the lights - the cord should be arranged so that it will not touch hot surfaces, sharp edges or drape over the countertop or tabletop (where it can be pulled or tripped over unintentionally).

When will my item arrive?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we’ve all come to expect for small parcels, so it’s important that you’re prepared and understand what’s required of you well before delivery day.

  • Most freight products ship on a pallet
  • Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
  • We’ll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can’t be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we’ve only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.

For carriers that deliver without an appointment:

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don’t require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren’t required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you’re home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you’re out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
