It's a quality product. But, my pavilion turned purple after a few months outside. BBQ Guys customer service went the extra mile with Blackstone to make it right! You don't see this type of customer service very often anymore. I would recommend this company as they stand behind the products they sell. And……they said the engineers have corrected the issue so the pavilions wont change colors in the future.

Pavilion was beautiful when we installed in April 20204. Its now October 2024 and all of the wood grain colored metal has turned purple! I am so disspaointed as I was so happy when it was new. Now I'm getting the run around between BBQ guys and Blackstone with no help from either. I'm obviosly not going to dismantle the pavilion and send it back as its been anchored to the concrete. It would be niece if eithe BBQ or Blackstone would offer some type of solution or at least some type of refund as I now have a purple pavilion! BBQ jsut pushed the problem over to Blackstone. Blackstone is making it almost impossible to get any help. Super bummed. I'll probably end up have to spray it black. Seems like an OUtdoor Pavilion should be able to wihtstand the sun outside! Not this one apparently. Don't but hits unless your favorite color is purple.

First impressions…. I don't think anything I've ever had delivered was packaged so well I was expecting some sort of damage as usual with something so large but not a scratch on anything very impressed. Very easy to assemble I did it myself in 7 hours but recommend getting a helper. The unit is well made and definitely worth the money.

My wife and I purchased this grill/gazebo. We absolutely love it. What a incredible addition to our deck. Setup was pretty easy. I cant wait until they have the accessories for this gazebo. I can't wait to get the TV mount. Thank you Blackstone for such an incredible product! Love it!!

The setup is outstanding however living in the pacific northwest the rain can still get you. If the roof had an option for a little extension would be nice.

Phenomenal product. Instructions were very accurate. Hardware was really good. Only improvement I can think of is including the information on the TV pictured such as mounting information. Otherwise, it exceeded expectations.

Hi bieb. Blackstone uses sheet aluminum for the counter tops of the party bar.
Asked by bieb | Answered by biebHI Leanne. This Blackstone Pavilion has a shipping weight of 642 pounds. Blackstone includes 4 expansion bolts for anchoring each leg in either wood or concrete. Assembly time will depend whomever is assembling.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
