Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that this fan will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, excluding the motor. Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

Works well! I installed this fan in a covered patio area. It has 3 speeds, and reverses direction with the switch on the housing. Installation instructions were clear. Operates without wobble or movement. The remote function operates well also. I may have preferred a little faster speed on the highest speed however…

They do not work well at all. Hardly move air at all sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Awful

It doesn't turn as fast as most fans. So the fastest speed may seem like it's on medium. I did learn that the motor will last longer and built better than the average fan motor. We preferred durability, so this was the perfect fan for us.

Installed 2 fans in 2017 and they have run almost continuously since without any problems. The lowest speed moves the air without the usual "hurricane " you get from most other fans. We really like them. Just what we needed for "off grid living.

This ceiling fan specification states that it is rated for outdoor/damp location; yet the "Brushed Nickel" finish rusted through on the metal housings in less than 2 years. If i had known that the finish wasn't rated for outdoors, i would have never purchased these.

We had trouble with this fan since the initial installation. It does not provide much air flow. It stopped working after 1 1/2 years requiring a new interior motor. I called Minka and the tech said that some fans stop working just like a car engine.

The fans look high quality and are quiet. We installed 3 fans in our garage which we use as a home gym. They don't move a lot of air on the highest setting, but I still would recommend them if you're looking for quality and style. If you need a serious wind blast you might want to choose a different fan. It's convenient that we can use one remote to control all three.

Very nice looking and operating fan. Installation is similar to all other ceiling fans I have installed. Nice fit and finish. Only feature I DON'T like is the reverse switch is on the fan motor body - not available on the remote. So one has to get a ladder to reverse the fan.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
