The Minka Aire Traditional Concept 44-Inch 3-Blade LED Ceiling Fan in White Finish W/ White Blades fan speed and the optional integrated light are controlled by the included full function wall control. This fixture offers an integrated light covered by an opal glass and includes a 14-Watt LED integrated module.

Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that this fan will be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, excluding the motor. Minka-Aire warrants to the original owner that the motor in this fan shall be free from defects in This is a limited warranty. Minka-Aire only obligation under this limited warranty is to replace or repair, or refund the purchase price, in Minka-Aire sole discretion without charge to the original owner, of the fan once Minka-Aire confirms that the fan has a defect covered by this limited warranty. Labor not included.

We bought the brown fan and had it installed so I cannot speak to ease of instructions. But so far it is completely silent which is great. We had the wall switch installed which is not terribly intuitive for use but better than a remote that always gets lost.

Love the fan and the way it looks. Quiet too. I gave this a 3 star rating because the dimmer function on the light isn't working. Electrician has to check it out but his prelim assessment is the problem is with the light kit in the fan

We installed ours 5 years ago, on the balcony of a beachfront condo in South Florida, and it still works as well as new. For the first couple years we'd get some rust on the white painted finish that could be wiped off fairly easily. This year not so much: Some of the rust appears to be permanent but not bad. I'm hoping to get a couple more years out of it given the location. The salt spray is a killer…

We have had the oil rubbed version outdoors for a few years now and while it functions wonderfully, the plastic blades have faded substantially. See attached photos for reference. We have considered painting them, but it likely wouldn't match the motor well.

I LOVE this fan! I installed one in a condo and one in my primary home (daughter's bedroom). It's stylish, quiet and produces a great light (it also has a great wall mount remote). I highly recommend.

After using the fan very infrequently, it ceased to work. While the manufacturer did provide a replacement part, the part could not resolve the problem. The major issue was unresolved due to the way the wiring that comes through the fan housing will chafe over time and effectively make the fan useless. Tech Support had tried to describe the problem as improper installation by our electrician, but further examination revealed the issue was the way the wires run through the housing. Over time the wires will fray. It is unfortunate since this is such an expensive fan to have it fail after such a short time (less than two years).

I bought this for our craftsman porch. I would not recommend it for indoor use, it is not delicate enough in design. The Blades are not wood but for out doors I am relieved that the rain and humidity will not destroy the finish. It looks great on our porch, we have two for our wrap around porch. It spins quietly. The opaque light cover is perfect for a porch light.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
