Darlee offers a three (3) year warranty on the furniture frame. Polyester fabric cushions are warranted for one year (this excludes fading). This warranty does not cover commercial use. Labor not Included.

We received this table about a month ago, and it has been a really nice addition to our backyard. The table offers a sufficient amount of room, making it great for entertaining guests. However, I would have given it five stars if not for one issue: it tends to scratch easily. To prevent this, I'll be careful to limit the use of metal objects and sliding trays on its surface. Overall, a solid four-star purchase.

It's always a little risky to buy without touching and feeling, but in the case of this Darlee Brooklyn dining set, it's all good. Following quick shipment, the 11 pc set arrived in 3 large boxes that were placed into my garage by the driver. Upon opening the boxes, I was impressed with the level of packaging of each component. Unlike so many things coming these days, obvious care and time was spent to make sure it arrived without so much as a scratch and all components were present and accounted for - Thank You! Regarding the set itself, the quality is excellent and the size is impressive. The cast aluminum is robust and well done on all pcs and the brown finish was applied to mimic wood grain. Even the cushions, hardware and extra bits were high quality. You could tell some thought went into the set. Overall, I am very pleased with the product, the shipping, and the easy customer service who answered my questions. Thank you BBQGuys!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
