I've had this installed a little over 6 months and I noticed a frw days ago that the handles have started to rust. They are installed in a sheltered area that only gets wet when the rain comes in sideways. Apparently the manufacturer doesn't cover rust in their warranty.

This is a great product once you get one that is undamaged. The product is good, the packaging is horrible and it took two replacements that were hand packed before I got an undamaged one. Once in place I love the way it looks and the soft close on the drawers.

First cabinet arrived damaged, replacement arrived about 2 weeks, coordinate of return damaged item with customer service was easy. Good quality stainless drawers and happy with purchasing. I suggest that when you ordering this item or other cabinets, request that their warehouse to inspect the item before shipping.

Hi, Chef. All of the Blaze storage is made in 304 stainless and most other brands will be using 304 as well.

However, if you remove the drawers, there are holes in the enclosure's sides for you to secure it into your island's cutout with self tapping screws. Pilot holes will need to be drilled into the sides of the cutout first.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
