The One (1) Year Limited Warranty applies to purchases made from authorized retailers of SharkNinja Operating LLC. Warranty coverage applies to the original owner and to the original product only and is not transferable. SharkNinja warrants that the unit shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase when it is used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the requirements outlined in the Owner's Guide. Labor not included.

Have not used it yet. I ordered the bundle and never received the stand. I looked at my order and it says I returned it, there was no email about it being out of stock and sending it later.. Waiting to get a stand for it to use it. So so far I feel wasted money.

We bought this as a gift for our son, but we have one ourselves. We love cook on the grill. Cooks great and easy clean up!

I spent a lot on this small grill, thinking it would be the easiest to cook with, but it's been a disappointment. There are hardly any recipes available, and you can't really grill with the lid open because it loses heat quickly, making it hard to get the temperature back up. It didn't even come with a recipe book, or any helpful hints…just a few ideas. Overall, it's been very challenging to cook on. I've ended up covering it, storing it in the garage, and using a small portable gas grill instead when cooking for myself, rather than bringing out my large Egg grill. They make it look so easy on the TV ads, but it's not! Save your money!

I purchased the Ninja outdoor smoker grill at the beginning of the year and have the stand that goes with the unit. I like the way the grill cooks and smokes all different meats, but I do not like the clean up. When you grill any meat such as burger, bacon, steak that would create a lot of drippings, I would say that only 1/3 of the drippings end up in the drip pan the rest finds its way down the legs and onto the floor. So not only do I need to clean the unit inside, I have to clean the legs, the stand and the floor after every use. On a positive note, Ninja customer service did send me out a replacement unit, but the new unit has the same problem. To me, the design of the lid does not have enough lip to hold the grease inside the unit to direct the mess to the drip pan. I am at the point where I would rather use my Weber than clean up my deck floor after I use the Ninja.

I bought this grill several months ago. Love It. It unfortunately was caught in the aftermath of Helene and took a tumble. Several parts broke off and it looks a little crooked but this machine fired right up!! Have used it numerous times since then. Great product.

There's no way to set temperature except Lo Med Hi. There's no way to know what degrees these setting are. I'm returning.

I have been so pleasantly surprised and thrilled with my Woodfire grill! I can smoke meat with a really good flavor in a fraction of the time I'd spend doing it on a big smoker. I am super low-effort a cook and have really enjoyed being able to have a very tasty smash burger or smoked chicken in no time. I highly recommend!!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
