This Blaze Griddle Plate is warrantied for one (1) year to the original owner against defects in manufacturing and workmanship. This warranty extends to the original purchaser against manufacture defects for products purchased for ordinary single-family home use.

I was so excited that blaze ended up making a griddle top to fit. First use it completely bowed in the middle and would rock back back-and-forth making one side catch all the grease.

This item would be 0 stars, but the system requires you rate at least 1 star. The griddle plate warped on the 1st use. I am still using it but it is so warped the cooking temperatures are uneven.

Surface of this Griddle plate is so warped that it is impossible to scrape clean, egg rings do not seal to the surface, oil puddles.

Pretty disappointed this warped on my first cook. Instructions say to keep this positioned all the way to the left of the grill (which I did, even though picture provided with this item shows it in the middle of the grill). Heated on med-high heat for smash burgers and by the end it was very uneven. Wobbling all over the grill. For the price, I'd expect it to perform better.

I purchased my Blaze grill from BBQ Guys, and it is great. However, the Blaze griddle accessory is a big disappointment. The first griddle I ordered came damaged. BBQ Guys sent me a replacement, which was also slightly damaged, but I decided to keep it. I have used it three times. Using medium to low heat, it works OK, only slight warping. However, when I tried to cook fried rice over high heat, as the recipe called for, it took on a comically large warp. (See photo) It was so bad, I had difficulty moving the food around on the griddle. This may be OK for cooking on a lower heat setting, but don't even think about cranking the heat up.

The 3rd time I used the Blaze Griddle Plate the right front corner bent up 3 inches off the grill. All the grease went to the back corners and what a mess. Now I can't use it and it is passed the 30 return window.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
