I purchased it for my Traeger Flatrock and unfortunately it doesn't clamp on very tight; so they slide around causing the paper towels to fall off.

Wow, this is actually a game changer. So may times companies push things on us that we think we need until we realize we don't. This is not one of those things. You need this in your life. Makes life so much easier. I was able to wrap a pork shoulder on the large side shelf of the ironwood and using the buther paper on this roll made it so easy to do.

So many times while grilling some juices may spill on the the outside of the grill or on yourself. I find myself needing to make changes on the control panel and my fingers are sticky with sauces from picking up or flipping the meat. You then have to look for a towel to clean your hands or wipe up a spill that is running down the side of your grill. If you put the paper roll on the shelve it takes up valuable space. With the PAL paper roll holder you just clip it on the side and in a spill you quickly tear of a sheet and immediacy clean your hands or wipe up a spill. LOVE IT.

Unfortunately it doesn't have the capacity to hold a standard role of paper towels.

Another PAL rail accessory that is a great idea, but poorly executed. Instead of the two 'fingers' on each side, a lockable bar should be used. With a simple (not sharp) edge, you could actually tear butcher paper, foil, etc with this holder. As it is, you will struggle greatly to use this holder to dispense paper, foil in a reasonable fashion. I've even tried putting the entire box of foil in this holder, but roll doesn't turn very easily and the sharp edge is on the top of the box that can easily cut a person.

I was always heading into the garage and grabbing a blue shop towel from the roll once or twice each cook on my previous Traeger... now I don't have to and appreciate every tug and tear of a towel.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
