| quality productWe called Firesense with some questions before making our final choice and the customer service person was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful and called back quickly with the specific details we wanted. The fire pit arrived with all parts present and well boxed or packaged, a pleasant change from many products. Nuts, bolts, etc. were in a shrink-wrapped package with very clear labeling rather than all being combined in a loose bag. Instructions were clear and assembly was easy.
