This Weber accessory is covered by a limited manufacturer warranty against defects in material & workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase. Warranty excludes normal wear and is limited to the original purchaser. Labor is not included.

I am a huge Weber fan and customer and reason being is the great products they offer and customer service support. I received this cover as a Christmas gift as I had bought the grill for our RV as a family gift. went to put the cover on the grill a couple weeks ago and realized really quick this didn't seem right. There isn't openings for the wheels and in my opinion where this is a "portable" grill there should be. I went to return the cover, but where it had been a couple of months the retailer would not take it back. In all honesty, I feel the obvious was overlooked on this cover and would try to find something else. The only reason I gave this 2 stars is the materials used fall in line with Weber standards, but the design is poor.

I really love Weber. I recently bought a Traveler and I would never consider buying another brand based on the fine customer service that they provided to me years ago. However, the case for the Traveler is really poorly designed. This IS a portable grill. The wheels should be exposed so that you can bring the grill to and from the bbq site with the wheels on and then in the trunk. So for me, this cover is useless. C'mon Weber, you're better than this ! I provided positive reviews for the grill, not the cover !

Love this bag for deep storage, Just wish it had an opening for the wheels. Lifting the whole grill is not always easy when alone. If I could roll it, it would be great!

The cover provides good coverage for transport but I can figure out how to use the wheels with the cover in place.

I just bought this to keep the grill clean at the campground and for storage. The problem is…you can't move it! The wheels need to be exposed. And it would be nice to cover it while it's set up. It rained last time at the campground and the grill was splashed with mud and sand.

Fits grill appropriately. Just wish it exposed the wheels to make it easier to move around until ready to use. No reason for the wheels to be covered.

I bought this for my hubby to use when tailgating keeps the car clean, when will you make one allowing the wheels to be usable? I would buy it.

Easy to put on and added room for tools/ accessories was perfect. This cover protects our investment as we bounce down a country road or wind around those curving hiways. Well worth the purchase.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
