The Weber Pulse 2000 Electric Grill combines high performance with convenience in order to create an authentic grilling experience for the modern lifestyle. Dual electric cooking elements let you create two distinct heat zones, allowing you to sear a steak on one side of the grill while you cook veggies on the other. The generous 278 sq. inch porcelain enameled cast iron cooking surface provides plenty of room for entertaining for a group. Once your grill is preheated, a tone will sound and the preheat lights will turn solid red, alerting you that you are ready to grill. During a cook, the Pulse utilizes electronic temperature control to automatically adjust the temperature of the grill, which is easily readable on the digital LED thermometer. This ensures even cooking even when taking food on and off the grill. The Weber Pulse includes Weber Connect compatibility, letting you confidently cook like a pro. The Weber Connect app features step-by-step instructions and recipes, as well as the ability to monitor your food over WiFi or Bluetooth using the two included food probes (with support for up to four). This handy and intuitive grill assistant lets you take a break from grill-tending to smell the roses - if you can walk away from the mouth watering smells coming from your grill. The tall lid provides plenty of extra room for cooking larger food items, like a whole beer-can chicken. The easy to use grease management system utilizes removable drip trays to reduce flareups and make cleanup a breeze. Additionally, most of the grill head components are removable for easy cleanup, and the bowl liner is dishwasher safe. The sleek open cart provides ample storage with a shelf and tool hooks, and a stainless steel side shelf for extra prep space. This shelf is also removable and can be stored on the cart for space-saving convenience. Two wheels make the Pulse easy to move around the yard or the neighborhood. I got the electric grill for a birthday present after we moved into a high-rise the did not allow open flames. It was perfect for the situation. I had previously owned a Weber kettle charcoal grill for many years. When I would use the grill, after plugging it in it would shut off and give 1 or 2 error messages. After unplugging and restarting 1, 2, 3 times it would work. Contacted customer support and after several attempts at solutions, a new controller was sent, covered under warranty. However I still have the same problem. Customer Service was diligent in trying to figure out the issue. I also thought it was my electrical supply outlet but that breaker has never tripped when using the grill so don't think that is the issue. I will continue to use my great Weber electric grill, I just have to start a little sooner to get it working, which is always has.

Weber staff resolved the problem with my brand new malfunctioning unit by replacing it. Now works fine.

Takes too long to heat up… needs to taken apart and thoroughly cleaned after every use…. Cover barely fits

I am totally impressed (as always) with the quality of Weber products. My only disappointment is the Weber Connect app, which does not properly work with my iPhone 13. Recipes do not show in the categories, and I can't store my own recipes, which would be nice. The grill itself, however, is the best electric grill I have ever owned.

I love my grill. Obviously does not give the same results as gas but it works as an adequate replacement for my NYC patio where only electric is permitted. I love that it syncs with an app so I can chill while the temp sets. I've also figured out how to get a sear - I just blast it to 500F and leave the meat in there for a few mins before reducing the temp. I even managed to grill amazing tandoori chicken last weekend. So far so good with this barbi! Waited several weeks for the cover to come back in stock so I can finally leave it out all the time now. I recognize some of the issues which others have pointed out - the control panel doesn't snap in, it sometimes doesn't give a good sear and the controls should have just been digital, but I can live w these minor things. Hopefully continues to deliver great results in the cold NY winter!

I would not buy this product again. Very well built. Unfortunately this product will not sheer the meat properly.

Hi, Karl. Considering that the Weber Pulse has porcelain-coated cast iron grates, a cast iron pan will only provide a little more cooking area.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
