This BBQGuys Signature Traditional 20-Inch stainless steel single drawer with roll-out trash and recycling bin combo is constructed with a 20 gauge 304 stainless steel frame and number 4 brushed finish. Heavy duty commercial grade ball bearing tray and drawer glide smoothly on full length tracks. Bin comes standard with two 28 quart trash cans providing a convenient way to manage trash and recyclables. Designed to provide a clean looking, flush mount installation, this drawer and trash and recycling bin combo is a great way to store tools and keep trash bins out of sight. BBQGuys Signature outdoor kitchen components are designed without a logo, so you can pair them with any brand of grill or outdoor kitchen appliance. I bought a grill, a side burner, a cooler drawer, a slide out drawer garbage bin combination, 3 sets of access doors and 3 vents. I'll start off with the good it appears to be high quality and it was shipped very fast. The sales lady I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable. Now the bad that makes me furious The only thing that had instructions was the grill. You can go online to find cut outs but actual directions of how to install aren't on line or in the box. I call the help desk and I was told to go on line. Good luck. I called back to return everything I was so mad by this time but was told I would have to pay shipping both ways and I can't afford that. I haven't decided what I'm going to do. I may try to sell through marketplace place or install the best way I can. But I will say the quality looks great. One other thing in situations like this I won't raise my voice so help the desk may have helped me more if would have.

Product was received within 6 days after ordering. Came in perfect condition with the pull handles and the two cans. Was easy to install, built the base at height I wanted and installed base into cabinet opening then screwed the garbage unit to the base. Looks great and would definitely recommend

These are great. I have no idea why you would buy a garbage without the drawer !!! Just like your inside kitchen. Trash with utensils. Love it. Went to ikea and bought a set of utensils. They stay clean and dry.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
