Everdure grills are warrantied to the original owner for ten (10) years for the outer body, burners, hood, and cart against all rust or burn through and five (5) years for exterior paint and finish against rust through. Labor not included.

I have had this grill for about 5 years now. In the summer, I use it almost every day. I love it, but I recommend it only with the utmost caution to the right customer - you need to have the money to spend on something that looks good and has wiz-bang appeal but be willing to take a risk on the piece and lose out. Here is the lowdown. This is a good-looking grill with a lot of great features. It follows on the Kamodo model but adds a lot of tech features that may or may not be useful. Like all Kamodos, if gets hot fast and holds the heat. The best feature is its heating coil, which makes starting the grill fast and easy, adding significantly to the practicality of regular use. It has a wifi connection and an internal meat thermometer system, which I rarely use, but it might have value for some. The color is great, but it gets dirty if you don't religiously cover it. I have found that lemon oven clear does well to clean the orange surface - this took a lot of trial and error to figure out. There are some downsides. First and foremost, the manufacturer warranty is a complete and total lie. You cannot get any kind of support for this grill or even a call back from Everdure. It is almost impossible to find spare parts or someone willing to service the grill. Practically, that means if the heating coil goes, or there is an issue with the cable, you just wasted 2,500 USD, as you might have just as well purchased a straight-up charcoal grill for a tenth of the price. There are not many accessories available for this grill, but Kamodo accessories for a 21" grill work just fine.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
