Bromic Heating leads the market in supplying your outdoor patio with patio heating accessories that extend and enhance the life of your patio heater. The Bromic wireless controller can, with the included 7 channel remote, regulate multiple heaters in unison, with the quick-dimming control operating over a percentage gradient of 0 - 100%. Quickly and easily reduce heat output, and extend the life of your heater. The Dimmer Controller can be used with the Tungsten Electric and the Platinum Electric Collections. For the Eclipse Collection, please refer to our Eclipse Dimmer Controller. Two heaters can be controlled if they do not exceed 6800W (two 3400 Platinum Electric or two 3000W Tungsten Electric heaters). Please also note, that if two heaters are connected to a single dimmer controller, they cannot be controlled independently. To control individual heaters independently, two separate controllers will need to be installed.

Hello! Yes, the controller can be installed away from the heater itself. You can even hook up multiple heaters to it! However, this product must be installed by a qualified and licensed person.

Asked by John | Answered by JohnHi Dan, This wireless dimming controller, model BH3130011-1, allows you to control the output power for up to two heaters simultaneously, it does not allow for control of output levels independently. The wireless on/off controller, model BH3130010, does allow you to turn two individual heaters on and off independently of one another, but it does not allow for incremental output level settings. Bromic does not appear to offer an all-in-one controller unit that provides both functions at this time, but it would be possible to control output levels independently if you were to set up each heater with its own dimming controller and connect them to the Bromic 42-channel wireless remote, model BH3130012. The 42-channel wireless remote can be programmed with up to six individual "zones" that can be independently adjusted.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
