The Wusthof Outdoor series brings the same quality you would expect in Wusthof knives to tools fit for a true grillmaster. Included in this 4-piece tool set is a turner spatula, meat fork, basting brush and tongs. The 13-inch turner spatula with a 6 1/2-inch commercial size perforated paddle. The perforations let drippings fall from your food, reducing the chance of getting splashed. With a beveled edge and an offest handle, the spatula makes lifting and flipping food quick and easy. The 13-inch meat fork easily grabs large cuts of meat, holding them securely while you move them, thanks to curved tines. The fork will not bend while moving food food, and is strong enough to also use as a grill scraper. The 13 1/2-inch brush comes with 2 silicone heads. Use the larger head for mopping and basting, or use the smaller head for brushing and glazing. The 14-inch spring loaded tongs taper to small tips, which allows you to easily grab both small and large items. This tool set is made of high quality, durable stainless steel and is dishwasher safe. Each tool has a heat resistant high-density POM handle featuring the signature Wusthof triple-rivel design. The handles were made long enough to keep your hands safe while still maintaining control. Rings are at the end of the handles to hang your tools while they are not in use.

Primarily used on the flat top. Quality made product, performs well under added heat against the flat top.

I have used Wusthof cutlery for nearly thirty years and will remain loyal to the brand in that regard. However, the tongs that were part of this set were a disappointment. The piece that slides to lock/unlock the tongs got bent after about one month's use and now does not reliably keep the tongs closed. I'm not even sure how I bent the piece. Holding the Wustof tongs next to a pair of my wife's Oxo tongs that are at least ten years old I noted that the slider piece on the latter is at least 50-75% thicker. Much sturdier. I had wanted the Wustof set because I like the brand, although my wife had asked my why I was buying the set. I like the feel of the Wustof handles and will use them for about another month I guess before they are at the end of their short, two month life. Given the price if the set I expected much better construction. Not impressed with this product at all.

I have a lot of Wusthof knives in my house and wanted to extend their quality to my grilling. These are sturdy and I don't have to worry about replacing them for a long time

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
