What is point of having a thermometer if doesn't give you an accurate temp. Will not go above a certain temp and told by customer service that don't rely on thermometer, get a infrared temp gun if wnat to know the temp. This is a disappointment to a really nice grill. I've had grill since March 2024 and the thermometer story on the Blaze defies common sense. If going to put it on there, it needs to work right. Best thing to say is that it looks nice,

The gauge is not properly sealed and builds up moisture inside. They sent this replacement for the original that leaked and the new one does exactly the same thing. Their BBQ is great but they are not designed for inclement weather/rain which accumulates in the drip pan because of the fraud hood design.

Same problem as the first one. It won't go above 300 degrees with all burners on high. .

My original one stopped working....I called BBQ guys and without question they sent a replacement. Btw my grill was out of warranty period Just another reason why this company is second to none!!!!!! I reccomend to everybody to buy any of there outdoor products from them

Robert, It will fit the grill nicely, however does not give anywhere near an accurate reading of the temperature your grilling at. I tested the gauge itself in boiling water and it read the temperature correctly, I think it's placement on the BBQ Hood is just to far away to get any idea of the temperature on the grill surface itself. If this information is important to You, I would recommend a grill thermometer with a probe that sits in a clip right on the grill surface.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
