I had a problem with the temperature probes that came with the iGrill 3 Bluetooth meat thermometer for my Weber propane grill. The customer service rep (Joanna) shipped out 2 replacement probes which arrived just a few days later!

While I've been barbecuing for many years and pride myself in the perfect steak or roast these make it easy to keep an eye on the progress of your bbq. It's great as you can leave the lid closed maintaining temperature and you can utilise the Weber app if you're distracted.

Bought a grill probe for the weber system and had issues with it spoke with weber they replaced it no problem at all. Great service and responsiveness

We got dad a new grill for Father's day with the probe. He used it one time and then it failed. It is a great grill but the probe didn't last. Now we have gone back to a manual temp probe. Webber needs to perfect this probe to uphold its long going reputation of quality.

Works great as intended. Only used once as the wire was caught in a flare up and was useless after one session. Could be better protected in my opinion

The temperature reading is not consistent across 4 probes I have. I tested them by tipping into water and heating it up. The 4 probes came through a different path and when water was boiling, 1 showing 200F, 2 showing 209F, and only 1 showing 212F. During the heating process, the temperature reading could vary as much as 15 degree. Not reliable. Wish it has the same quality as other Weber product.

Love this grill meat temperature system! I use it mostly indoors for meat in the oven (if I'm grilling, I'm outside)...this is my third probe-2 came with the original box. I will not let the kitchen staff handle the item-found out they were submersing to clean...it clearly states to just wipe clean. Hoping this new probe will have an extended lifespan.

I'm on my second set of these and they've failed again after 3 years. They start reading completely erratically. Reading the other reviews and responses I'm going to change to just using a wipe to clean these, I had been using a sponge and not submerging them but rinsing them off afterwards in water. As far as keeping them from flame that may not always be practical. I don't feel like these are up to the quality of the other Weber components. Wish there was a US made option.

The probes work great. They make grilling much more predictable. They will eventually fail if the get too hot or too wet

Works great when new, however the connection between the probe and wire chars over time which causes the probe to malfunction. Nice to see they have jacked up the prices on the replacement ones. Time to start shopping for a replacement system?

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight.
