I love the smoker, but the cover is garbage. It has been coming apart at the seams despite being taken care of well.

I was given the grill and cover as a gift. In reading other reviews I'm sorry my mother paid that much for this cover. I am always careful to clean and let my grill cool and this lasted about 15 months. Split on 3 different seams

the cover has to be put on perfectly otherwise it tears. The cover needs to be slightly larger and needs to be of better material. My Traeger grill cover is leather and lasted 15 years. I would pay alot more money for a good quality leather cover over this thing

This is the 2nd cover I have purchased this season. The 1st cover was a terrible fit. It was stressed at the corners and knew it wouldn't last. This cover fits better, but feels lighter weight. Don't bother calling the service phone number. I've left 3 messages over the last month and they still have yet to call me back.

Hello I bought this exact Pit Boss grill cover less than a year ago. It weathered quickly, turned brown / gray and the material began to rip as it became much weaker. The cover is garbage. A garbage bag would be better. I contacted Pit Boss and they would not do a thing for me. I love the grill and the quality but, the covers are made of awful materials. Do Not Buy.

Your grill cover has covered my grill for around a year now. I am so glad I purchased it cause my deck is not covered. Heavy duty. It fits everything from pellet box to smoke stack. I may now have to order one for my son in law. Very pleased with it.

Grill cover is well made and is heavy weight. It stands up to the weather. I also like that it has a tie that keeps it from blowing off. I've had it over a year and still looks great.

Hi Julie, unfortunately no, this is designed to fit Pit Boss 820D, 820S, and 820SC models while the Charleston Combo model is PB1230CC.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
