I've replaced every there is too replace on my treager so contacted them to help me. It won't hold consistent temps. Varies 40 degrees just goes back and forth so they did send me new control panel a temp rod but didn't fix it which guess it is 15 yrs old or better but not that much there you would think something would fix it but guess not but they tried.

Traeger customer service is in Egypt and they ABSOLUTELY do not care about their customers! A shame as i have had Traegers for over 10 years. I will be looking for a new pellet grill company in the future!!!

You can get a cheaper controller but my time is more valuable to me than putting up with the hassle of something going wrong. Everything about replacing my controller went smoothly because I bought the original replacement part. The only way they would have gotten the fifth star is if they would have come and put it in themselves.

I replaced the original three feed setting controller with the earlier model of this setpoint thermostatic controller, but after several years of outdoor storage it developed an power switch issue and eventually failed. This improved model was easy to install with the included diagrams and instructions and is working fine. I like the shut-down cycle feature. Now I also have a spare temperature probe, which is included.

Very happy with the customer service in getting the correct part sent out quickly but the controller cost 20% of the cost of a new grill. Way too expensive.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
