It is a good product, unfortunately before purchasing it, it is not very clear on the text or the photos of the product that it is only for half of the surface of the grill and not the whole grill to convert it into a full griddle (or I could not find that info). I hope in the future they will design a whole surface griddler to convert the Q 100/1000 grill into a full griddle. As it currently is, I feel the surface is too small to cook on the griddle for 2-3 people at the time.

I like the griddle, but the surface still needs a bit of conditioning. My only real beef with Weber is that I bought 2 griddles to cover the entire surface and was not warned that I would extinguish the flame by putting 2 griddle surfaces on the BBQ. I guess I have a backup.

I was hesitant to purchase this griddle due to some reviews. I did an egg test and it stuck a little. Second egg test there was no sticking. I did let it get a little hotter the second time. It is an easy clean and happy I purchased it.

Easy to use. We used it as our camp stove through the week. Sausage on the grating and pancakes on the griddle. It was amazing with no sticking and easy clean up!

Weber premium quality as usual, my Q gas grill is 11 years old & still going strong, the griddle was a nice addition, you can not go wrong with a Weber.

I bought 2 so that I could have a bunch of cooking surface but the design only allows one plate to be installed.

Hello. Yes, this griddle will fir the Weber Q 1400.

Asked by Lee | Answered by LeeHello. This will fit the Weber Q100, but you'll have to take the grate out to use it. The current Weber Q1000, which has replaced the Q100, comes with a two-piece grate. This griddle replaces one half of the grate. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
