Bought this press to normalize my variation of burger size and shape. As previously mentioned it is tricky to get the size snapped into place, but once there it holds well. The burger form and size is perfect for what I wanted. The issue is you can't get the formed patty out of the mold without partially destroying it or having to line it with wax paper (not happening). Since there in a "no return" policy on an opened item, I plan to make a small cut out on the perimeter to assist removing the patty. Otherwise you end up ripping a 1/4 of the patty getting it removed from the mold. A bit more engineering and this could be a simple and solid performer.

I am sorry to give this review since I was so excited to receive it. I could not get it to lock and got really frustrated trying to get it to work. It would just fall back down and I tried for a couple days to get it to work. I got frustrated and walked away from it a couple times but eventually threw it in the trash. I know I could not return it since I took it out of the packaging and had already thrown that away. So I just decided to eat the $15 cost which was the price of the piece and the shipping. I did receive it quickly so if you do purchase from them you do get it immediately. Just disappointed.

Hi, Jeff. Unfortunately, we do not carry round patty paper. However, it can be found from other retailers.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
