Lion warrants this refrigerator to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one (1) year. This warranty includes coverage when installed outdoors under a patio or outdoor kitchen island. Labor not included.

I built my dream gourmet kitchen at my oil deck and we love it. Love, ❤️ love everything we bought at BBGUYS. The only issue I have is to exchange the refrigerator bulb. BBGUYS can you reply with the instructions how to exchange the bulbs?? We did a lot of searching but still we weren't able to exchange the burned bulb.

These refrigerators are not meant to be left outside. They say stainless steel but they are not. It's a wrap put on the doors to make them look that way. Now I have two that look completely different. The tops have cracked and they look awful. Lion will only give you a one year warranty but try and offer you a new door at an additional $90! Absolute garbage! We purchased these through another company, but they will not refund anything and neither will Lion.

We just had our new outside kitchen finished in December in Florida our refrigerator door has rust spots on it . We had put a stainless steel protection on it before so it wouldn't rust . We called the company and they said it has no warranty coverage for rust even if it was only after 4 months install . I would not buy any of their appliances in the future . Very disappointed 😔

Rather pay little more for better product that's solid stainless steel, this had film and it's peeling of the door and all I see behind is white plastic This wasn't that cheap and didn't expect that to happen

When I first bought this, I disliked the wire shelves which would not allow drinks to stand upright and which bent under the weight of more than a few beverages. Recently, it stopped chilling to below 48 degrees F. When I contacted BBQ guys, I was told that it was not outdoor rated and that I should be happy that it last 3 years outdoor. I would not buy it again. Will be replacing it with a different brand.

Like others have said, the shelves are the weak link. I'm currently trying to find a way to strengthen the shelves to support cans and bottles. They bow in the middle with only a couple bottles on them. Like others I intended this to be a drink refrigerator. I will have to solve this issue to make it work.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
