Reliable and easy to operate and clean. Only needed to replace the first 18" Weber I had after 15 years of seasonal use. New edition has nice improvements.

Disposable grate every few months regardless of how clean you keep it. Cheap stainless steel coated grate makes it impossible to use over a long period of time. It will rust even if you coat it in oil and keep it seasoned.

Purchased this 18-inch grate to replace my 18-inch diameter cooking grill (#70605). Very surprised to learn that the replacement grate was actually 17.5 inches in diameter and did not fit my legacy Weber Outrider Grill. The replacement grate does not fit in the top of the cooker and teeters unsteadily below the interior lip of the grill. It will be necessary to modify the grill by adding additional supports to bring it up higher to get it to fit. Very unsatisfactory Weber. Actual diameter of your replacement part would have been helpful.

I just purchased a Weber cooking grate replacement and it is too small by about 3/8 inch and falls into the grill. Without an available properly sized Weber cooking grate the entire grill useless. I even placed it on top of the old cooking grate and you can easily see that it is smaller than the original cooking grate. Why do you offer replacement cooking grates that don't fit the kettle grill that it is intended for?

It really is large enough to cook a wide variety of meats and vegetables. I've used this charcoal grill for many years and it's really superb!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
