Have tried to use this 4,5 times now and it never seems to give accurate reading, always says meat not done so I continue to overcook (roast chickens, pork roasts, and tonight a turkey breast). Definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. So my revenge is writing this review. Piece of crap.

Delivered and not working. Rang helpline 7 days ago 6 (yes 6) times and call dropped out. Put in on line submission 7 days ago and still no answer. I have also just taken delivery of a summit E670 (from a Weber dealer) so I hope this is better quality than the thermometer. A bit mean that no AAA batteries for the bbq lights come with 6K purchase.

I was originally a little dismayed with this product. Weber was quick to respond to my review to help resolve the problem. I tried something and the thermometer is back online. Great customer service from Maryah G.

I have owned this for 16 months and used it successfully 9 or 10 times. Today it will not turn on even with a new battery. It turns out that this has been a waste of money.

Bought it today and it doesn't stay on and takes entirely too long to give a temperature. The product is also inaccurate. I overcooked fish because the temperature indicator (when it worked) gave me a temperature a minimum of 5 degrees to low. Oh well I guess the 3 Webbers I own will be my last.

Just purchased, first use experience the same issues of disappearing numbers won't turn on when power is pushed sometimes other times it will replace batteries nothing works. Not recommended, especially seeing so many have had the same issue.

If I could give this thermometer less than one star I would. It is a piece of junk. This is the second one I bought, the first one only lasted a few months and stopped working, replaced the battery and did no good. Then I reluctently bought another one. Had this one less than 6 months and the same thing. Stopped working, replaced the battery and nothing. Save your money and frustration and do not buy. Use one time and throw away. Customer service said there is nothing they can do without proof of purchase. I did not steal it so that in itself is proof of purchase. I did not save the receipt.

Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
