Ingredients

  • 2 lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 Tbsp Memphis-style BBQ Rub
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Items You'll Need

Instructions

  1. Heat your grill or stove to medium heat and place a 14-inch cast iron skillet on the grate or burner. Heat the pan to around 375°F.
  2. Add the stick of butter and Memphis Rub. Stir to combine.
  3. Add the garlic and shrimp. Toss to coat and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the shrimp is cooked through, remove from the heat and garnish with green onions.

An Extra Touch

This kind of shrimp dish pairs excellently with French bread or rice—and it takes hardly any extra effort. To toast French bread slices, simply brush them with olive oil and then grill over medium-high heat for 30-60 seconds per side. Then enjoy dipping and soaking up all that flavor!
